Works well
I was skeptical because it is inexpensive but it works great. I have it on a Mercury 3.5 HP outboard. I had to take out the rubber spacer insert but then it fit on the handle perfectly and tightened up. Feels very firm in the hand and in control.

Works Well!
I got the 17" fixed for a Honda 5HP outboard. Remove the rubber insert, add a few drops of Super Glue to the rubber handle, slip it over the tiller handle, and tie it down with two 2" hose clamps, and you should be good to go. It should last for years. The Pactrade tiller is a go!
