Was looking forward to it and im not sure if something happend ...its been ratelling no one ever got back to me on it so cancelled the refund on it!!hoping someone would get back to me and nothing.....ive been trying to add a video of it and idk its my phone but it wont let me idk ive changed permissions on it and nothing point is im not thrilled ...i know its a dope machine unfortunately the one i got was faulty.

This is a good machine , I do scalp Micropigmentation and it just wasn't good for that .. But I will say for sure that Mast and dragonhawk make good products

I was super excited to order this product until it came and I set it up. The machine itself makes a rattle sound when it’s running. And tends to shut off mid tattoo. I’d highly recommend looking into another product.

Mast makes really solid, dependable machines, especially rotary machines. While they're not a premium brand, their machines and kits offer a lot of performance, and are well worth using. This kit is no different.This kit is a solid option for any beginner/intermediate tattoo artist. It's a very easy kit to work with and is quite forgiving for those building up their skills.At the same time, there's nothing in this kit that isn't more than sufficient for a seasoned tattoo artist as well. For seasoned artists, I feel they'd really appreciate the easy of use and in hand comfort of the rotary unit, as well as the overall dependable quality of the rest of the kit.Really, there's no work you can't get done within the scope of what this kit offers.In sum:This entire kit is well thought out and is dependable. It's an easy kit to work with. While I feel it's tailored to the beginner and intermediate audience, it's absolutely suitable for any experience level.Highly recommended4 stars

I did NOT expect to love this machine as much as I do. It's 100% my new go-to tattoo machine! It's tiny, it's powerful, it's perfect!I have a hand/muscle issue that really prevents me from using tattoo guns with tons of kick; as such, I have to be able to do effective tattoo work with smaller machines, and that means the machine needs to bring a lot of power without a heavy shake. This device is smooth smooth smooth as silk even on higher settings. I had just used a larger, theoretically more powerful machine to do an outline on a practice skin; despite supposedly being a better machine, it had a lot more vibration in the handset and lines were just not crisp. I switched to this machine and practiced the same design with it and got far superior results - if nothing more, just because my hand was so much more steady with this device.The kit it comes with is great, too! Decent and basic power supply works just fine and the needles deposit color nicely. I do also like the ink as it's plenty to practice with and the color is really vibrant. I'm overall really pleased both with the kit and the quality/performance of the tattoo machine itself. Highly recommended!

I have always been interested in tattooing and recently got a really cheap machine and some skin paper just to try it out and see how I liked it. That was a few months ago and I have been really enjoying it so I decided to get something of better quality. I’m obviously by no means a tattoo artist, but so far I am really liking this tattoo machine!First this is very small and easy to hold, I had no awkward grips or anything like that. It also has very mild vibration, at least compared to my cheaper one. I found it much easier to work with because of this. Plus all of the extras were much appreciated. Obviously I’m a novice at this and have to date yet to tattoo an actual person. But I can say that from my perspective this was a very easy to use machine. So if your looking for something to see how you would like tattooing then this is a perfect kit to start. It has everything you need to try it out and it a comfortable and easy machine to use.

We have talked a great deal about tattoo machines and what she likes, what she's done with different machines. I asked her if she would like to try out this machine and her eyes lit up. I sat in her office (yes, she has an actual office in a strip mall near her home) and watched as she used this machine on a client for eyebrows and lips. When she was finished, she smiled at me and thanked me for letting her use this tattoo machine. She said it was so lightweight (compared to her regular one) that she felt like she wasn't really tattooing but using a pen/pencil to trace what she was doing. She said it was so steady and fluid in movement that it felt like holding a regular writing pen in her hand. She tried to give it back to me and I told her since she's the one that does tattooing for a living that it made sense for her to keep it. I got an invitation to a week's worth of dinners from her so it was a win-win - I got dinners that I don't have to prepare and she got her new number one tattoo machine to work with on her clients. Just as a spectator, I can say this one is worth getting!

This is awesome. For any beginner or intermediate tattoo artist, this kit is a great choice. It's a really simple kit to work with, and it's forgiving of newcomers' mistakes. Even on the highest settings, this device is silky smooth. I'd just done an outline on a practice skin with a larger, allegedly more powerful machine; while being supposedly superior, it had a lot more vibration in the handset, and the lines were just not as crisp. It also comes with a fantastic kit! The needles deposit color smoothly and the power supply is adequate and basic. I really enjoy the ink because there's a lot of it and the color is incredibly vivid. Overall, I'm really impressed with the equipment as well as the quality and performance of the tattoo machine. It comes highly recommended!
