The arch is too small to be any kind of support. This purchase was a complete waste of money. Actually made my sandals less comfortable and hurt my feet.

Siempre he sido propensa a sufrir torceduras de tobillo, pero no tenía idea de que fuera un problema de mi pie hasta que tuve un esguince fuerte y la bota inmovilizadora hacia que tuviera fuerte dolor en la fascia plantar, que el doctor luego me indico que era debido a mi pie cavo. El recuperarme de este esguince ha sido un proceso largo, sobre todo al no tener el apoyo adecuado. Compré este producto para sentirme más segura con mis pisadas y realmente estoy contenta con el resultado. Solo la he usado un día, pero hizo gran diferencia al salir a caminar. Es muy fácil de ajustar en cualquier zapato y me hizo sentir segura al caminar, sobre todo en terrenos con muchas piedras. El pie que me esguince solía dolerme al poco rato de caminar, pero con estas almohadillas ya no sufrí este dolor.

Can’t fix in my shoe

I gave these 3 stars for comfort because you have to wear them awhile and get used to them. Sometimes they hurt before I was used to them. The adhesion actually is pretty good. I go into that at the end of my reviewI bought these, honestly, because of the price. Also because I have some shoes that fit but not with full insoles. I was wearing out insoles in just a few months and I am on a fixed income I can not keep buying them. These arch supports are definitely firm, exactly what I need.I actually have custom braces for my fallen arches/pronation. The pronation has caused ankle, knee, hip, and I am sure back issues. The braces were so uncomfortable and difficult to walk in I gave up on them. I started buying insoles off the shelf so to speak.PROS: these solved my ankle pain, can be used in any pair of shoes or slippers, inexpensive, long lasting.CONS: sort of hurt until I got used to them, seems like they are thick/high.I want to say, I put my first set in a pair of sandals that I basically wear 24/7. They are very open. I've been thru mud, dust, wet just cut grass, everything. The first few times I was able to wash them, let them dry, and put them back in. These are like rubber flip flops. After about the 3rd time, they don't stick so well lol.I will DEFINITELY buy these again when I need more!!!

Excellent. Supports feet and makes fatter style shoes bearable.
