There are three different positions, allowing you to adjust your watch band between 7 1/4" to 8 1/4". Please be sure to measure your wrist to ensure it is not greater than 8 1/4" in circumference. To measure your wrist size, use a flexible measuring tape or wrap a string around your wrist and then measure the string.
