Can we add this to an existing reef with slightly elevated ammonia?

If by existing you mean live stock in it? Yes, and if you mean no stock but ammonia, yes again. You might be better off doing a water change if you have life in tank though. If you dose this you will have to monitor nitrite and nitrate cycles.

Im new...will this kill off my invert food sources or hurt them in any way?

It will not kill your invert food source. It’s bacteria that’s beneficial to your aquarium

Noob question how much of this do I use on a 32 gallon biocube? It’s a new tank I can’t find any measuring cups for ML anywhere n my town

Once your tank has been fed regularly for a few days either with out without fish to start the bacterial cycle, add half during the first week and the other half during the 2nd. Add a small amount after water changes is also a good idea for upkeep. Buy 2 bottles.

how long did it take for this product to bring down nitrite levels?

I wouldn't use this product as a means of nitrite reduction. Live rock will do a much better job of that. I use this product as a means of adding biodiversity to my tank. It did nothing for nitrate levels.

Excellent product

I was facing diatom issue for months, I try many things to reduce diatom, at last some one told me try microbacter7, my tank 120 gallon reef tank mixed. The result was not quick but after 2 week unbelievable tanks looks so clean sand bed, rock, water it’s a miracle, inside daily 20 ml. From last month I am dosing 20 ml every day.
