Overall, buttons fit my PS4 controller and they look/feel good. I did receive 2 "X" and no Squares, hoping to reach out and get that rectified to bump it up a star. I will note that the TouchPad doesn't have the sensor circuit, so it wouldn't be able to track movement. I ended up keeping the original TouchPad, Share/Options buttons, and using black thumbsticks. The case itself is a little sunbleached, which is accentuated by how red these buttons are Edit: They reached out after this review, great customer service, 5 stars

These buttons and triggers are a quality product…just pay close attention to compatibility guidelines. Order the right parts or you may be scratching your head wondering why they don’t fit.

I love the way it looks but the gold touchpad doesn’t pick up the touch but besides that the buttons work good so far and I love the color

I was worried about these feeling funny compared to the original dualshock buttons but I can't even tell the difference. They look great! I worried about fingers sliding or the push feeling different but they use the same rubber backing that dualshock uses. I did notice there being a little movement inside of the holes but it's literally not anything to worry about. All in all I'm MORE then happy with them and plan on building some more controllers!

Looks and functions great! I chose the purple/blue option. The two “options” buttons weren’t correct for my controller, but it still looks great. I also chose not to use the PS button, for no particular reason. I just liked how it looked this way. I’ll update if the color wears off.

The d-pad, face buttons, shoulders, and triggers are easy to install and look amazing. The start and select buttons require additional tools to install, look up the video titled "How to Mod PS4 JDM-05 Controller Share & Option Buttons". The touchpad does not work at all. I think the gold paint interferes with the capacitive sensor.

Wanted to upgrade my controller but I'm not a fan of silicone covers so when I saw this I bought it immediately. They're pretty easy to install and look great, I'd definitely recommend buying one.

I was seriously impressed with these buttons! This is the first time I’ve tried to make a custom controller, so I got these because they were pretty cheap and I wasn’t really expecting much. But wow, they are really comfy and they work perfectly. The chrome gold color is legit - I can see myself in the reflection ;)

Je ne sais pas si le set a évolué, ou si certains sont pas faits pour dépouiller des manettes... toujours est-il que moi j'ai reçu du matos absolument premium, rien à ébavurer, aucune question à se poser: on suit le youtube de la chaine qui est très clair, et ABSOLUMENT TOUT FONCTIONNE! share, option, pavé tactile, tout est NICKEL. Zéro jeu dans les boutons, c'est du solide ajusté au poil, et c'est franchement simple à faire. Super upgrade, je suis vraiment satisfait. Recommandé 200% (compatible avec le kit whole click, et/ou avec le kit LED de la même marque)

I actually bought two products from eXtremeRate, one is their blue-purple chameleon button replacements and the other is the bottom shell, both of which are featured in the images provided, but this review will focus exclusively on the buttons. I've actually bought eXtremeRate's products before, specifically the shell/button combo for the Nintendo Switch joycons and I was really happy with the product, so I thought I'd give their PS4 controller accessories a shot. The buttons are really sleek and smooth, and I'm really glad they support backlighting so that, if I want them backlit in the future, I can get the parts for them. Also, the backlight feature means that the shapes/lettering on the buttons are sorta engraved into the buttons themselves, which means won't wear out as easily, so that's a plus. The installation process wasn't super difficult for me, since I've done something similar before with my Nintendo joycons. But I feel that, so long as you follow their YouTube installation guide closely, it shouldn't be too much of an issue. I have the JM-055 PS4 controllers so I had to snip off the "SHARE" and "OPTIONS" buttons from the original controller in order to install the new ones, but I was successful because I happen to have the right tools to precisely snip them off. For others, though, if you're not confident in your own abilities, I definitely do not suggest you attempt changing out the "SHARE" and "OPTIONS" buttons. Regarding the build of buttons, I do have a minor complaint. For the "SHARE" and "OPTIONS" buttons, the left/right tabs of the buttons that keep them in place are made a bit too thick, so I had to trim those off in order to get them to fit on the controller properly. The buttons were fine once I trimmed them off, but I really don't think I should've had to do that in the first place. The L/R triggers were also a bit stiff to push on when I first installed them, most likely due to the type of finishing that the buttons have, but I was able to solve that problem for the most part with a bit of WD-40. Other than that, I think the buttons are really nice and definitely worth the price I paid for!
