These were great. Non of them ripped, and they felt as good as the ones from home Depot. This will definitely be my go to bag. I tried the ones from JOCSEN and most of those ripped (a few ripped just putting the bag on).

These fit slightly looser over the vacuums inlet than the OE bags from HD but that's a good thing because I always ripped those while putting them on. They filter and catch material just as well but cost less. I have gone through several of them while cleaning up saw dust, cement dust, misc materials. Pair this with a HEPA filter and your vacuum will run much cleaner.
