Superb book
Bought this for Christmas for my 10yr old grandson and wanted to keep it myself. Love the layout, the illustrations and the readability and it’s suitability for all ages. It is bang up to date - one of the first things I read was about the James Watt Telescope and then saw on the news that it had been launched on Christmas Day. Not sure on Christmas Morning that it was his favourite present but as a child who loves absorbing facts I’m sure my grandson will come to love it.

Beautiful large book
This was bought as a gift for a 9 year old interested in space. This is a beautiful book, with large pictures on each subject discussed. There is a lot of information alongside the pictures, with added details at the bottom of the main text to explain the images. The book is divided into different themes, which is nice if a reader is only interested in reading about planets one day or constellations the next. This is a very large book, but would be a great addition to any space lover’s library.

Wonderful.
Tempted to get the whole series...they are simply gorgeous, beautifully illustrated, nice paper, fascinating inside, and one of those books you'll keep for future generations (sorry, no quality digital display will ever replace the feel of a book like this one!).
