A well roasted coffee that brews up a tasteful cup of coffee that is smooth to the tastebuds: neither is it bitter.

I love a low-acid medium roast. I do one BIG cup of coffee (pour-over) every AM so it’s gotta be delicious. H2O temp, grind etc. My only complaint isn’t quite 100% on freshness.

Very smooth and tasty.

I buy coffee regularly for years but this online purchase of Volcanica was my first - and most certainly the last. The roast is no medium roast by any measure. The coffee was not freshly roasted and the taste was stale. After trying it 3-4 times I simply threw the coffee away. This Volcanica is a prime example of how one can take a superb coffee bean and ruin it. It's a shame.

pricey but well worth it. you always get what you pay for i like to say :) you can really taste the chocolate notes of this coffee and my mother who is more into coffee then i am kept stealing my cup and drinking it saying it was the best she has had. it got to a point where i had to make a new cup and a second cup for her so she would stop stealing mine haha. i hope you try this brand an love it like we do ♥
