Excellent book. Lots of practice questions. The new edition is now out

Barron’s provides the most thorough preparation for tests such as the SAT, especially the math review and strategies. That’s why I primarily use Barron’s SAT Study Guide with 5 Practice Tests to help my students do their best on the test.

Last year's President of the local high school's Engineering Club got into Stanford with this one last year. That's good enough for me. My teen will study this for an SAT that he'll probably never take. #COVID

My daughter liked the fact that it had many practice tests in it.

I used this book because I had already gone through the College Board Official SAT practice tests. The practice tests in this book were SIGNIFICANTLY harder. And not in a good way to get you more prepared, they're just useless and make you feel bad. Plus the answers were arbitrary and highly debatable, which is the complete opposite of the College Board SAT. This book may teach you bad habits. There were also typos, and the answer explanations were useless. Only giving it 2 stars because sometimes you just need more practice tests to feel confident, and there are only so many that the college board provides.
