I've had this chair for less than 1 year. It has squeaked fron the beginning, and just recently one of the wheels literally broke off from this chair. It came apart from the actual metal that the bolts and screws attach to. There is no way to repair this. It was not a good purchase

It's comfortable and versatile.Lots of adjustments to customize to your liking.The company has outstanding customer service. With all this being said,the chair has an inherent wobble due to the adjustment features.It's annoying and can mess with you if your using it to do detailed work.

This had slightly different pattern (small whiskering marks in the faux black leather, not the lines you see in the photo), but was still lovely! It was packaged well, arrived quickly, and was simple to put together. The chair works as described and is really comfortable. Better than most stools I found out there and tested out - so it's worth the extra money. I am really glad I went with this and think it will be perfect for all applications in my day spa studio (doing manicures, pedicures, facials and sitting to blow dry clients hair/do up-dos). Goes really high and low (higher and lower than most stools)... and super comfortable thick memory foam in the seat and back!

Great chair but not for doing lash extensions or if you’re short. I couldn’t figure out how to fix the tilt and backrest. It did not come with instructions or Manuel. Great for a desk/office.

Helps the loser back and doesn’t make your butt ache from sitting for a long time.

My husband is a tattoo artist, he sits all day, not only is it Comfortable, it supports his back and you can adjust that chair so many ways to suit your comfort needs. On top of that their customer service was great I had a question they call me back within a few hours thank you guys

Seems like a good chair however, it would have been nice to have instructions included.
