Hongo means fungus or mushroom in Spanish. Seems to work well after showering as a preventive spray on my groin and toes.

This stuff will kill what others will not! Ive used all the name brands and substandard brands and this beats them all. Ive been subjected to scaling, itchiness, cracks between toes..etc. This MF'er cleared it all up with more spray left in the can! I used every morning for six weeks. No more Hongo Feet!

Seems to work fine but I worry about the inactive ingredients - Acetone and Alcohol. Since it is an Aerosol if it is used in small spaces it does fill the room with the unpleasant acetone smell. You also want to use caution as both acetone and alcohol are flammable. The active ingredient, Miconazole 2% is a proven antifungal and does a great job, I just wish they could have used a different list of inactive ingredients. They do not have a full ingredient list available in the listing just "Miconazole nitrate ". I feel like they should have listed all ingredients, thus the 4 stars.
