MITの電磁物理学を教えているWalter教授の授業を自宅にいるままで受けられます。PCは必須何故ならそこかしこに本人の授業の様子や関連するWEBのReferenceが一杯で、それらを見ながら楽しんでいる内に物理学的な考え方が身についてくるような気がします。長時間の授業のVideoを全部見る必要はなく、しっかりと「開始からXX分のところ」と詳細な指示があるので大丈夫。Walter先生の狙いは細かな説明ではなく物理学の美しさ、素晴らしさを学生に感じてもらい、今までとは違う物の見方ができることと言われていますが正にこの目的は達成されていると思います。 後半のX線探査の為の気球観測に従事していた時代の記述も別の観点で興味深いものになっています。

O livro tem um vocabulário fácil e interessante. Ensina os princípios da Física de uma forma divertida, que capta a atenção do leitor. RECOMENDO!

I got this for my adult son who has a neurological condition. Sometimes reading is very hard for him, although he loves science (especially physics) He loves this book :-) He reports that it is well written and very interesting and that is music to my ears :-)
