you get 8 x 3 puzzles for a total of unique 24 puzzles , some are similar in design and solution though , I wish it was ordered by difficulty but it's mixed my only complaint is that it was made too small to solve the puzzle, you will need to align it exactly and precisely just right or it won't work , which is confusing the first time and the instructions are not clear
