Before it completes one year it became faulty and stops heating most of the time I have to resit the device multiple times to start heating again.

STOPPED HEATING WITHIN 2 YEARS OF SERVICE SAMSUNG DOES NOT HAVE A HOME REPAIR SERVICE AND THE REPAIR QUOTATION WAS 250 AED PLEASE SPEND A BIT MORE AND GET A RELIABLE DEVICE IT SAYS 10 YEARS WARRANTY ON THE DEVICE BUT TURNS OUT THE WARRANTY ONLY APPLIES FOR THE CERAMIC PLATE INSIDE WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE.......

During 3rd year of purchase become faulty, suddenly buttons stopped responding and when switch on it continuously stay on and pressing button to stop no response!
