Excellent service!!
First pair we had worked great for a few months, although one side stopped working intermittently. Amazon said it was out of warranty and couldn’t do anything so I contacted the sudio and they were more than happy to fix the problem with no hassle at all. I was expecting to have difficulty as they are relatively expensive but they couldn’t have been faster or more helpful! 10 stars!

Nice colour, not a lot of noise cancelling.
These arrive really nicely presented in a sealed full colour printed box measuring approx 10cm x 12.5cm x 4cm.The box slides open like a drawer with a small ribbon pull on the side once you remove the plastic sealing it closed. This is beautifully presented & unboxing it makes you feel like you are getting something of decent quality so it would make a terrific gift - also an easy to wrap one if you snap the hanging tag off the top of the box.I chose the green version & it is a lot darker colour than I expected having looked at the product images.I'd say it's more Hunter Green than the lighter looking dark sage I thought it would be, but I really do like the colour as it is.Inside you get the charging case (charges with a USc cable, the same as my phone) & when it's plugged in charging there are 4 little lights on the outside of the case which show you how much charge they have.Mine arrived almost completely charged. You also get a small box which has an incredibly short charging cable in the same colour as the earbuds - 18.5cm end to end including the lengths of the usb & usc fittings secured with a tiny velcro tie which I expect to lose by the end of the week & a sort of blister pack (with a thick card back so you can't pop the bits out sadly) containing all the different sized tips.Sound wise these have been okay so far although I could wish they went a little bit louder, but I can't hear any noise cancelling going on.They last well after being charged & are as comfortable in ear as these things can be.They don't seem to have any issues if you use them in the rain. These look really high quality & feel the same. The design is really nice although I feel a bit stupid walking around with bits hanging out of my ears like that - not that anyone else seems to notice.A decent enough pair of ear buds but for noise cancelling I'd look elsewhere.

Reasonable but poor ANC and a bit quiet - the Sudio T2 are better
I recently reviewed the Sudio T2 ANC wireless earbuds, which I really liked and are a good no nonsense low maintenance set at £99 - these are a bit puzzling as they are the same price but frankly not as good in virtually every way. That's not to say they're bad, they're just a bit ... pointless compared to an alternative by the same company.I can't help but compare against the T2 as it seems totally strange that these also exist from the same company for the same price but just get so much so different.Fit - the T2 are a beautiful fit, offering a good passive noise blocking experience which enhances the ANC. The Ett do fit well and are comfortable and there are LOADS of tip options but don't offer the same noise blocking as the T2, the ANC is about the same as them, but overall is not as good here because of the fit.The sound is comparable on both models and I really like it - it's a natural, warm sound, very equal with a bit of bass, not overpowering but very pleasant. The volume level is not hugely high on either model but because of the fit these suffer from being too low as the ANC doesn't block as much noise so they need to be turned up more.Battery - 4 hours on these per charge against 7 on the T2 - that's a big difference which is a bit strange and confusing as they are roughly the same so would expect a similar size/capacity battery.Controls are virtually the same - the only difference here being physical buttons on the these and touch control on the T2. I actually prefer the physical buttons, they don't require too much pressure and they are a touch more accurate.Overall then - I can't recommend these - not when the same company has the T2 that are the same price which fit and perform better. Again, I don't want to say these are bad - they're not (for the price there are better out there but there are also a lot worse) but they're just nowhere near as good as the T2, they fit better, have better battery, block sound better. Now if these were £20 or £30 cheaper than the T2 that would make sense as a more budget friendly model but they're not.I'll finish on this though - Sudio are one to keep an eye on, they are really pushing a good balanced sound without frills - sometimes you just want to LISTEN and not faff with an app and I respect that.
