Zinc 220mg [High Potency] Supplement – Zinc Sulfate for Immune Support System 100 Tablets

These Zinc Sulfate tablets are part of my daily supplement regimen, and offer 50 mg of elemental zinc per 220 mg tablet. If you take a Zinc supplement for an extended period of time, like I do, then you should also take a copper supplement because Zinc will tend to deplete copper somewhat. To counteract that, I take 2.5 mg of copper every other day.
