I (41/male) have been taking them for a couple of weeks. Can't say I've noticed a lot of difference yet. I have noticed I'm getting better quality, uninterrupted sleep since taking it. I take 2 before bed as someone else has suggested. I don't feel much different at the gym though.I'll keep taking them and update my review if I feel anything else more physically

Pretty much the same as every other zma mix on the market. Definitely recommend using some sort of zma blend but they're pretty much all the same. I like that they used chelated zinc to try to Increase bio availability but didn't notice any difference myself
