The steel cut oats are the best for your health, with other oats they are processed and increase your body sugar quickly leading to obesity

Good, quality and clean product. But dont expect it to het ready by overnight soaking. It requires proper cooking.

I love the rich flavor and texture of these oats. They take a bit longer to cook than the flattened ones, but the longer you cook them, the better they get.10/10 would recommend.
