Savage MK 2 II Speedloader for 22 LR Savage Arms

Savage Mark II magazines are not great or consistent quality, which means that this fits two on my 10rd mags just fine, the other not so much.No fault of this device, but (Savage magazine) buyer beware.

THE MAKER NEED TO RE-PROGRAM HIS 3D PRINTER. IT TOOK ME OVER AN HOUR USING FILES, CHISELS AND SHARP PICKS TO REMOVE ALL OF THE RIDGES AND WIDEN ALL OF THE GROOVES SO A MAG WOULD FIT IN.I am using all caps to get the maker's attention. He needs to at least try to use the thing himself

Less stress on my fingers. Makes loading easier. Took a few tries to figure it out, but it does work pretty well.

Great little loader. Worked well once I sanded/filed down some of the inside bits. It was a bit sticky due to the rough 3D printing on the inside. Just needed a tiny bit of cleanup. I used a small file to do this but would also be done with sandpaper. I've since sold the savage but would definitely recommend this if you have the proclivity to do the finishing work.

Probably everyone who owns a Savage Mk II rifle has magazine issues and has learned its magazines are garbage. So, it's possible I'm blaming this loader for issues that are actually faults of the magazine and not the loader. Oh, well. They're both products of Savage Arms and Savage hasn't seen fit together off its butt and do amything to rectify the issues. Either way, the fault bounces back to Savage Arms.The loader is very difficult to install onto the magazine in the first place. But I repeat, the problem may actually be the trash magazines and not the loader. It's hard to tell when ALL the magazines are JUNK.Off subject as it is, I own more than one Savage rifle and can say that all Savage magazines have issues.

Waste of time

for no more than this is it works perfect.......simple quick to learn the process.........push load push load.........loaded 5 10 rd mags in 2 minutes.............and I got it because my nerve issue is effecting my hands.
