Extremely Poor for Zippo
Such a shame that quality was overlooked during manufacturing, I was so looking forward to this. Leathers nice and thick, front press stud nice, but you turn it over and oh my goodness. The belt loop is held together by a plastic/metal rivet which is ok but the stitching around this is loose and only half stitched. The actual stitching around the front to fix it to the rear has loose ends and the two pieces of leather which I presume should be glued together as there's some glue on it, actually comes away.I have a lot of Zippo products, but this is really disappointing. Wouldn't recommend. Now I could have just returned it but I decided to unpick the already loose thread, rivet the belt loop on with a better rivet which makes the belt loop a better fit to my width of belt. Then I added a couple more rivets to stop the "flapping", then hand sewed, using a higher grade waxed thread the front piece to the back face. Afterwards I applied beeswax to all the stitching and edging and then smoothed it all off on a smooth piece of curved wood to get a nice edge finish. Now it's something to be proud of and I know it's not going to loose my Zippo, 100% times better than the rubbish which was delivered. Cheers.

let down because it scratched my zippo
Bought a 'filigree pattern' zippo and this little case for it.The case itself is well made and good quality but the back of the popper stud on the inside of the pouch rubs against the zippo, metal to metal. This will scratch the zippo. If you bought a zippo for what it looks like as much as what it does, you won't want it all scratched up.I've put a little felt pad on the back of the metal popper inside the pouch so it doesn't damage my zippo.Apart from that it's a very good fit, albeit an expensive luxury item that you probably don't need but like to have.

Oh dear.
How does a company spending thousands of dollars a year plus, on producing such a fine piece of workmanship as a Zippo lighter allow any department to buy, make, procure such a piece of junk as this pouch and allow the brand name to be added to it?To enable the stud to close over the lighter one needs to push the lighter hard into the leather where it now sits wedged in the leather and is now extremely difficult to remove, where one has to pull so hard as to likely cause the hinge mechanism to deform. Even given the fact that the leather will become more supple in time, by then the lighter will be ruined. Dear oh dear oh dear!

Good product let down by the press stud.
Fit = 5stars ... it holds the Zippo lighter perfectlyQuality = 4stars ... the leather is excellent but the stitching looks like it will be a weak point but easily repairable, time will tell.Seller = 5stars ... extremely quick delivery and as advertised.Security = 1star ... the press stud that hold the belt loop is not fit for purpose, it repeatedly comes loose leaving the pouch and lighter at risk of being lost. Considering that the whole point of the product is to hold your beloved Zippo safely what's the point of if fitting with such a weak inferior securing device.Solution = ... as another reviewer suggested the press stud can be superglued to secure it, and also the loop is long enough to by pass the stud and leather stitch it to the bottom of the pouch.

Thrown away money
the one I got is a fake one, brown leather is a bad quality the clip does not hold in place and zippo lighter does not fit in it. I have old black pouch made in USA and that how I compare. I saw a lot of 5 star comments on top but I discribe what I got. may be others got something better or may be they never had an original zippo pouch. Even a 1 star is to much for one I got. Thrown away money.
