Good idea, but doesn't work
Good idea, but doesn't work. The arm is flimsy and oscillates when you try to type, in addition the screws that are supposed to hold the joints from rotating are completely rusted and are useless, so the whole assembly is not stable. I am returning the item.

Add a locking washer
I like sitting back from my desk, which is not well suited for an under-desk keyboard tray. I like the concept of this keyboard tray combo, but in practice it is too wobbly to merit five stars. I recommend putting a locking washer (not included) between the plastic disks that hold the tray to the chair assembly and the thumbscrew. It helps quit a bit, but I still rest the outer rim of the keyboard on the very edge of my desk for stability.

Great idea, great product for the cost
Great idea, great product for the cost. It can be a little loose and wiggly, so I ziptied everything tight.

Is it durable?
yes it is durable. was squeaking while installing and testing. But the final result was Solid..I love this product. Highly recommend for sitting with your mouse and keyboard at your comfort. I use the tray for my wireless keyboard and tablet. I Also felt confident placing my laptop on it when working. It's not designed to handle heavy items so my laptop (6 lbs) is the heaviest item i will put on here. Great Product. See Pictures

I was VERY disappointed in this
I was VERY disappointed in this. It was not sturdy enough to actually use on a regular basis and type. I could never get it adjusted right and took it off my chair.

Sho(i)tty materials and construction. The tensioning tapped holes were stripped so the entire thing kind of just flaps around making it only useful for holding your keyboard when you get out of the chair. Basically have to support the keyboard with your legs - which you could do with a $5 piece of actual wood and not fake wood (plastic).

Could use some work and it would be good
It works, but when you type the table bounces and you have to lift a leg to hold it still. When you swing the top to you lap or away the top comes lose and the top will spin on you and you have to keep tighten it. The joints wiggle.
