UPDATE:So I contacted their customer support. They apologized for the inconvenience and confusion. Not sure if they will upgrade their marketing but they should. This Item requires a charger strong enough to power it. Which I still don't know what that is. They did seem to be willing to offer me a partial refund for the price of a charger but I made my purchase through Amazon and so theirs nothing their support could do.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I'm disappointed. After only a couple (2-3) hours of use. This product stopped working. I was wondering what was going on and decided to troubleshoot a couple of things.It seems that this product requires power to be funneled through the charging port to work. However, they do not include a power supply.... huh!?!There is a USB-C cable. I'll give them that but nothing that i can use to actually power the device. The port should not read "Charging" it should read "power supply"To make things worse. They do not list what wattage to use. Even if I did use a power supply via USB-C I don't know how much power to supply to the unit. The product here reads up to 87 Watts..... from where?Most chargers are marketed by voltage 🤦‍♂️ the headache gets worse. Guess I'll have to reach out to Brydge Support. If they have good support I'd be happy to change my rating to a 4 at least. The product is new so I get there is something that needs to be adjusted but common. No power supply? Really?Oh and that little rubber thing that's supposed to support your laptop is peeling off out the box. I didn't test it too much when it first arrived so It can also be because of the couple of hours my laptop spent on it. That should be fixed as well.

Sucks

The media could not be loaded.  not good for long-term use, I've used it for only 6 months and the screen goes on and off, would not recommend it if to someone who spends most of their time on a screen.

Two monitors stopped working with the HDMI after some two months.
