Quite effective
Is very effective against indigestion, acidity and gas formation. Have been using it for over 2 weeks and the results are impressive. No apparent side effects. Need to observe long term benefits. Better taken on empty stomach.

Doesn't work. Made me feel bloated whole day.
I experimented with it to heal my gut whenever I cheated on my diet. It doesn't seem to work rather. Because I feel bloated all the time even after having not cheated on diet for weeks. It makes me stomach rather acidic. Not recommended at all.
