Stains easily.
So while this is super functional to have and does what you expect it to, the silicon and that plastic stain easily. I heated carrots on this and now it's looks like a tie-dyed orange chopping board. A run in the dishwasher didn't help either. So I am hiding it behind other chopping boards I have.
