I have been using this superb life saving product to relieve psychosomatic stress (evidenced by elevated blood pressure, palpitation & severe headache generally caused by worry or concern about financial issues, loss of job, accidents, family health or other family issues) for several decades together with Ibuprofen. Rarely do I need to take blood pressure medication. From my experience, this product is not generally advertised of even retailed in most nutritional supplement businesses. Thank you Amazon.

I have not used this particular brand before however the packaging was very secure for the individual bottles for this supplement. As an individual's personal weight and metabolism quirks can affect how well any supplement reacts within a person's body what I'm stating is based off my experience for an average weight woman. I have been looking for something to help ease up the level of anxiety without having to resort to prescription medication. For me this has helped with reducing the stress without making me feel tired. From additional outside reading it's not recommended for use longer than 3 months without conculting a doctor due to potential strain on the liver, which is something I monitor when taking an acetaminophen (Tylenol) for pain. For my use occasionally this has helped me manage stress and calm down to re-focus so that I can get back to projects or other work. I'd recommend everyone considering this product to do additional research to see if this supplement may work for you best-- if it does the 3-pack at this price is a good supply for once a day usage.

Natrol is my go-to brand for any vitamin or herbal supplement. The kava supplements work great! They act as both anti-anxiety and muscle relaxants; they relieve mental and physical tension (and thus pain as well). Absolutely worth the money spent.
