Best cookie sheet in the kitchen! The rating is mostly due to its size, however, the durability is outstanding as the sheet does not flex under heat.

I bought this pan for my new toaster oven and have used It for five months nearly every single day. It is a perfect size, it’s very easy to clean, it has held up way better than I ever would’ve thought. Before I read the directions that state do not use spray oil‘s I did a couple of times and I think it darkened my pan and creates a sticky coating that you have to scrub hard to get off. And since most people don’t read directions, bear this in mind. I have abided by that since and I think in the long run it will make your pan clean up easy and will perform better. Because it has a textured bottom and it is non-stick I very seldom need to add oil to it to keep things from sticking. If this ever wears out, I would definitely buy another one. As a matter of fact I’m looking right now to buy another in their series

We love this new pan. It is super sturdy and washes easily. Things brown evenly and it has become our go-to pan for everything!

Absolutely love this brand of pans. I have bought 4 of them. Nothing sticks to the pan. They clean so easily and stay new looking for a long time.

The two of us do a lot of “cooke sheet” baking,of meats and vegetables, this size is ideal for two people We already had one pan similar to t his. The“gold” finish on looks not to be dishwasher sake in terms of maintaining the finish. If something gets baked on we just let it soak in hot.soapy water over might. Also the weight of is heavy enough that it does not warp like some thinner, cheaper pans do when heated in the over. We’re pleased with our purchase.

It is solid as a rock and cleans well.

It seems based on the reviews that Amazon might have some counterfeits, but I have been very happy with the 2 pans I bought and would recommend them to my friends. It's very sturdy, good quality metal and easy to clean. I specifically bought it to fit my oven and it did fit. However, it is very small and really is closer to 7.5x11. I would have returned it but it is the only thing I've been able to find while restocking my pans that actually fit.That being said, I specifically bought and used it for our Christmas cookie palooza. Used it for 8 straight hours, it's truly non-stick, it didn't warp and no odors or food bits were left on the pan. My mom did use cooking spray when I told her not to, but even that scrubbed off pretty easily. I will say I only hand wash my pans, so I don't know how it will hold up in the dishwasher. These are so small though it's not a big deal to hand wash them.

The OXO Good Grips Non-Stick Pro sheet pan is awesome! I use it mainly for roasting meats and veggies. I can get great crispy skin on chicken with this pan. Roasted potatoes get great color. The pan cleans up in a snap. No need for scrubbers or scouring. Just brush off stuck on food, hand wash, and the pan looks like new! I don't get any residue.Overall, this is the best sheet pan I have ever used.

These trays are absolutely fantastic! I do a lot of cooking and baking and have been using these for a few months now. The food cooks very well in them, the dishes clean very easily (mine are still like new after lots of use!) and they look lovely!I now have the whole set and have parted with all my old trays and tins. Superb quality and good looks. If you can afford the cost, don't hesitate!Pricey but worth every penny!

ロールケーキを作るのに使ってみました。シートを敷かなくて大丈夫かと、出来上がるまでに心配でしたが無用でした。気持ちがいいくらいにはがれて、きれいな仕上がりです。もう何回も使いましたが、いたむことなく使えています。牛乳寒天やゼリーも作れる、１個あったらとても便利ですね。

I didn't think that the OXO brand pans would bend when in the oven, but I was wrong. I set my oven to 375 and put some chicken on a small rack that fits the pan, and placed the pan in the oven. In a few minutes, the pan made a sound and I found that it was twisted/bent so that the rack was not level and the juice from the meat was gathered at one low corner of the pan. The pan itself is thick and quite heavy so it doesn't seem like this is something that would happen, but it did and its disappointing because the sauce and juice burned before the meat was even cooked. I gave it a 2 star rating because it was easy to clean despite the ridges in the bottom - just a soak with water and a wipe out and rinse, no scrubbing needed.

I have had 3 of these for a few months now and they work great. No warping / buckling in my toaster oven, even at 425F. The coating makes it easier to clean.I still prefer to rinse with warm / hot water as soon as the tray is empty before popping into the dishwasher.These pans ads great and worth the price.
