Pros and consPros: if it is in fact is filled with all these good ingredients,I don't mind taking it. I feel a little bit of energy, but that's about all. It also taste pretty good and easy to drink and mix with waterCons: it did nothing for my skin I took a scoop before breakfast and at night before bed. Although it suggests you can do either or once a day. However I finished the whole thing and saw no changes in my skin color or texture. I wouldn't buy it again. Don't believe the hype. P.s it does come exactly as advertised and you receive a cup to mix it in. The seller was nice enough to send an apology note because of my delayed shipping.
