Maybe I got a faulty one?
Bought and forgot about it for few weeks. Opened the package to find out it doesn’t work. Makes clicking noises and steam never comes out.The surface does get hot but no steam. Tried everything I think.Can’t return it now because return window is closee. RIP money and RIP black and Decker - never again.

Good but heavy with water
Does the job , and is portable , but howeverergonomically heavy when filled with water , would prefer the one with front connected to hose with water storage separate.

3 starIve received it not working, i requested for replacement and it came after 2 days, the itemhas some scratches but it does the work. High steam. Im thinking for another replacement as im not sure if its brnad new or used, as i said it has some scratches. But i needed to being it to travel. So nvm.

Love this steamer!
So easy to use and gets rid of wrinkles in no time. The universal bottle adaptor is a game changer! Highly recommend!

The product is not working.
The product is not working, which is disappointing. Unfortunately, I only used it later and didn’t get to test it right away; otherwise, I could have returned it immediately. Additionally, there are no clear instructions on how to contact the manufacturer for warranty support.
