Love this stuff! I dont usually suffer from allergies but when it comes to Birdie's dander, I terribly. My precious little girl doesn't mind spraying her directly; she seems to like it or that she knows a grooming session is about the occur,ha. I brush her thoroughly after spraying so works into her fur well and it smells fresh. No residual buildup noted and I've been using it virtually every day. Noted her hair is softer, too. This bottle is going to last me a long time. No adverse skin reactions noted. In my opinion, the cost is reasonable for a 5 star product that works to control dander buildup. A win win in my book.

Like many other customers stated, this product is awesome! Works well, gentle on the skin, very very mild & clean scent (almost smells like nothing at all), makes his coat soft, and does what it says it’ll do!! I spray it liberally on his coat and then use a gentle brush to spread it through his coat down to his skin. I looked for reviews from anyone who tried to use it on a dog because burts apparently doesn’t make a version of this specifically for dogs, but couldn’t find a review on here from someone who used it on a dog… so here it is! I bought this and the corresponding dander wipes almost 2 weeks ago to try on my Doberman that I recently rescued who has a vey short coat but lots of dandruff - even after nearly a month on skin/hair supplements and ketoconazole medicated shampoo baths & oatmeal conditioner. I have also treated him for worms twice in the past month since having him (hopefully they are gone now!), and learned the dandruff/dander can also be a result of the worms too. Also in the process of removing grains from his diet to help as well. With all that being said, while I try to pinpoint the true underlying issue behind the dandruff and dander, this product is the ONLY thing that has made an immediate visible difference, no harsh chemicals, and he LOVES being brushed so it’s not an issue at all for me to easily spray him as much as I need to. I’ve previously tried a few other brands of the dog wipes which didn’t do much at all, if anything. Brushing him without this product just brings more of the dander and dandruff to the surface of his coat as it releases… which also doesn’t really solve the problem. Once I brush him after spraying this product, virtually all of the visible dander is off of his coat - and then I finish with a quick wipe down with the corresponding burts cat dander wipes. They are very large and saturated enough to where I usually only need to use one wipe… for a full grown Doberman! I am very satisfied and glad I tried this product, and hopefully this review helps other dog owners looking for a dander/dandruff solution as well ;) will definitely be buying again and will use routinely on him when he gets brushed daily. If nothing else, the oatmeal and aloe in this product are great for keeping the overall skin and coat healthy!

[My comment: So, it is important to keep your cats from eating or chewing on a plant.] According to the ASPCA, aloe gel will not harm your cat. First, aloe is safe to apply to your cat’s skin. Second, aloe gel is made without the plant substance that is toxic to ingest. Thus, the gel is both safe to apply and safe to consume. Aloe wipes are safe for the same reason aloe gels are safe. They are also made without the plant latex so they are non-toxic to cats. Aloe wipes are useful for helping to groom your cat, eliminating odor without a bath, and soothing skin irritation all at once.” I have used it on my recently adopted cat, a "grand lady of a certain age" who had a rough life before and the dandruff to show for it. It has worked well, although I feel like wipes may be more effective in removing flakes when they appear, so I have started applying the spray to a used, dry wipe or wiping in the liquid with a soft cloth. The liquid is a much better value than buying disposable wipes.

This is the best dander spray and is so cheap for name brand! It softens and moisturizes the skin while dissolving existing dander flakes. My girl is a Maine Coon mix at a little over 1 year old so she has medium to long hair and has begun to develop her double coat. This spray helps penetrate that double coat and into her skin after a bath to re-moisturize and she is so smooth and shiny without leaving residue! After applying when I pet her she feels the same just leaves the smell on your hands. The scent is also so good it smells like a very expensive sun screen and summer wind if you are into that smell. In the images she is not wet she is just very shiny. Also I advise spraying the mixture onto a flat brush without crevasses and then brushing it in if your cat doesn’t like the spray noise. UPDATE: I have been using the spray for longer now and everything else above still applies. I read a lot of cat owners here say it makes their cat very ill though. My cat has not gotten sick even with her trying to lick it off. I think what is not making her sick is that I only spray on the middle top of her back and only 1-4 sprays and then work it in without soaking all her fur. The back is the hardest part for cats to reach and clean so your cat cannot ingest as much and not using so much helps with aloe ingestion.

I love this product; it immediately worked on my cat. Dander was immediately gone after 1 use and fur is waayyy softer and she’s not as itchy

I would have given a 5 star review because I like the product. It seems to make a difference in my husband’s allergy symptoms. But when I received the product one of the lids was not tightened down and it leaked into the plastic bag it was wrapped in. So I lost about 1/2 of a bottle of product. It didn’t help that it was put into the envelope upside down when packed by Amazon.

Sí lo recomiendo, uno de nuestros gatos tenía una caspa increíble, se rascaba y hasta dejaba la mecha de pelo, sabía a qué mueble se había subido él por el puro hecho de ver la caspita, al segundo día que le apliqué el líquido noté una mejoría abismal, se rascaba mucho menos y los muebles ya no tenían caspa. Le apliqué un poco a los otros 3 y también se rascan menos, el gato con el mayor problema es súper miedoso, así que las atomizaciones las hago sobre un trapito para que no escuche y se lo aplico en su cuerpo
