I was originally upset with the supplier. I had made a mistake in ordering the wrong colour, and tried many times to get in touch with them before it was sent out and they never responded. However, I received an email from them a few days later on where they apologised for the delay in replying, saying that they strive to be excellent and because of that omission they refunded the whole amount back to me! I never asked them for a refund but they did it anyway. That goes to prove that they are a serious company.The rods themselves are excellent. Really high quality, easy to set up and very sturdy. I bought black-out curtains from John Lewis and they support them perfectly.Highly recommend the product and the supplier.

Best thing ever. I cant understand why anyone would have a problem with this item. A good quality product which does the job and looks good. I would highly recommend. Very pleased and most people would say I am very fussy and not easily pleased so one very satisfied customer

This is a well-made curtain rod and the rubber grips on the ends keep the bar in place securely. It holds my medium-weight curtains with no strain at all.I would buy this again if I need another curtain rod.

I wanted to put net curtains up across the width of the conservatory during the heatwave without fixing a permanent curtain pole. This pole is perfect. I did however have some difficulty putting the 2 ends together, it was such a tight fit I had to use a hammer. I glued hook on the frame at the midpoint for extra support.

It is rare to find a product that lives up to its claims; but this is a winner. The telescopic rail is easily able to support a heavyweight curtain - and looks wonderful, to boot. The instructions for fitting are readily understandable. All in all, this is a highly recommendable product.
