Mayco Elements Chunkies Glaze - EL208 - Moss Creek - 4 Ounce Jar

I have used this before and love the color, but unfortunately the bottom of the container was cracked and had begun to leak. Thank goodness it was wrapped I’m bubble wrap so did not leak all over the rest of the shipment. I was able to pour it into another container and able to save most of it. If I didn’t need to glaze an item right away I would have returned it for a replacement.

It's not nearly as green at the test tile shows but I really like it!

While I like the glaze, it is not as pictured. Much more green than the teals and blues shown. Definitely fire at 05, otherwise you either don't get the effect shown or the colors change.

Nice glaze, but not even close to the color I was expecting. However, in all fairness, I fired this at the community college and am wondering if it had something to do with the kiln/ kiln technician.

This glaze is extremely thick. I have used it on multiple projects now hoping for the best outcome but I unfortunately I have yet to see the beautiful example shown in the picture! It turns out to a dark greenish color almost brown and there are hardly any crystals in the glaze. There are a couple of polka dots In the color and that’s it! Very disappointed in this glaze. I have been using another brand with crystal glazes and have not been disappointed (jungle gems). Very upset with this glaze!
