The weight of the handle makes the shave easy. The blades that come with it are generic but work well ( I change mine every shave). The bamboo makes the grip reliable when wet.

I’ve used twice after years of disposable razors and I just can’t get a perfect smooth shave, I miss a lot or don’t get it all the way down. Not for beginners. But the quality of the razor and how it looks is stunning and sturdy 👌🏻

The craftsmanship and material was excellent. However, for me it didn’t provide a good shaving experience as compared to regular Gillette Mach 3s.

I have a lot of razors of all stripes: vintage, US made, German made, British, you name it. When I first saw this, I thought it would be unique due to the handle material. I had completely forgot I have handles made of wood, which is almost the same thing. The razor is boxed well and is giftable. It isn't perfectly balanced, as noted in the item description because it is top heavy since the handle is so light. Not a big deal, just a clarification. I shaved after I got out of the shower at the sink. I was really impressed at the handle grip, even when wet, was excellent (better than most metal handled razors even with knurling). I did use the included blades and got an acceptable shave - it isn't super close, but not everyone wants that. I will keep using this razor, but not in the shower - only in the sink. Overall, it's a great intro razor to double edged wet shaving. It's a keeper.

Love it. I’ve never used this type of razor before and I’m wondering why now. I love the look. It has a really nice wooden handle made from bamboo. The razor is quality made. The handle screws off and then you put the razor blade on and then screw the handle back on. It’s quick and easy. The razor shaves close and it does give a comfortable shave. No razor bumps or cuts. You feel refreshed when done. Another thing I really like about this is it doesn’t clog up like the razors with 5 blades. That’s what I really like about it. Now I can finally shave without having to bang the razor on the side of the sink to clean the hair off. There are 10 blades that come with this razor so I haven’t went out to pick up any double edge razor blades because like I said this does come with 10 blades but other brands should fit this razor. What I will say is if you haven’t tried shaving with a razor like this then I highly recommend giving it a try. I must confess I initially didn't take this razor too seriously because of the bamboo handle. I could not have been more mistaken. This is not a gimmick. Yes, it looks great, in fact it looks better than the photo...so I've included a photo I took. Reviewers of razors often talk about knurling, whether there's enough for a good grip. You don't want your razor to slip in your wet, soapy hands. The handle on this Lyeiaa has an outstanding grip, and the length is ideal. There is no razor overhang, so no chance of getting cut when you turn it around (how come so many expensive razors have razor overhang? No one wants that). This is a 3 piece with a very nice dark finish, a kind of deep, rich bronze. Often the razor name is on the top of the head, but here it is etched nicely on the handle. I used Cella shave soap and an Astra blade, both excellent and available at Amazon. I got a great shave. I would rate this as a mild razor. I did two passes with no nicks or irritation. This razor will definitely go in my rotation, and I highly recommend it.
