I m Russian Dr. and even for me was very difficult to find a proper information with Manual. Web-site empty. One page of enclosed Manual instruction is not gives real professionaly formed advices! I have to use some Manual from another Manufacturers and Internet. There is no proper markered indication where active (+) and (-) inactive electrodes! This is dangerous for patients. I m tested device on myself - working good but only for professional level Users who can logically can understand how it work. Wirhout Manual instructions properly formed it is not safe to sell it for retail patients.

THE ITEM I GOT WAS DAMAGED AND NOT WORKING

First I purchased the mini TENS Machine with 2 Channels on 20th July 2024 for my Neck and hand pain. The first session with it was amazing experience. It had 4 program settings. I didn’t know how to use them. I contacted customer care. I found them very supportive. They arranged a video call and explained it to me. The mini-TENS machine is very compact and can be used anywhere. With this experience, I ordered 4 channel Auto Mode Multi-Function TENS machine with multiple programs to exercise more effectively on my pain. It has ultrasonic mode as well. Again, Medgrears arranged a video call to explain all the modes/programs of 4 channel machine. They are really helpful and cooperative. The Medgrears TENS with ultrasonic has all the features which I needed. I have been using both the machines since then and it helped me a lot in my spondylitis problem. The pain in neck and hand is subsiding. I will definitely recommend this TENS machine to all those looking for an effective, non-invasive pain relief solution.
