Weekly Use In My Small Business
I use these weekly in my small cottage food business. I bought 2 packs of these, so I have 12 loaf pans total. They stack super nicely(all 12 together), I just line in between each pan a paper towel so that I don’t have to worry about them getting dinged up, and also helps separate them when I go to use them. They make really nice sized loaves, however getting them out isn’t as easy as I would like. Granted I don’t think it’s harder than any other pan I’ve used, and I make loaves using fresh milled flour, which makes them softer, and more likely to tear. I included a photo of what size loaf it makes, I’d say you can get 13 standard slices out of it, but you wouldn’t want to go any thinner. (I use the Bambüsi Bread Slicer, which is a bamboo slicer on Amazon, and the thickest setting)When I go to remove these, I use a silicone spatula all the way around to separate the bread from the walls of the pan, and then flip it upside and wiggle it back and forth to try and gently loosen it from the bottom of the pan. I sometimes loose corners if I don’t separate the bread enough from the sides before flipping it, and overall, there is bread residue covering the inside. It’s a breeze to clean though, either waiting for the bread to crisp up and scrape it off (it doesn’t stick so just comes up very nicely), or letting it soak and then scraping it(also doesn’t stick). I’ve had good results with both handwashing and using the dishwasher, but I will say that a little water can well up in its rims, however if you have it dry at an angle, that isn’t a problem.I’m very happy with my purchase of this.

Become a baker!
Use these tins to make awesome sourdough bread loafs. They are really good quality not the thickest but they cook the bread very evenly. They are light and stack well going to buy some more soon

Beautiful pans without the chemicals
Baked my 1st loaf with it, used parchment like always, and it came out wonderful! Replaced all my nonstick with SS. I purchased a variety of sizes and shapes for our kitchen. Nice quality without breaking the bank!

Great quality pans for a good price.
This is a very well made sturdy pan with some weight to it. Before this purchase, I bought an 8x8 pan from this company and was so impressed by the quality and baking results I bought this 2 pack of 9x5 loaf pans. For the price, I wasn't expecting much - so glad I took the chance. I greased and floured my pan as directed in my recipe and the cake popped out no problem. Give these pans a try, you will not be disappointed.

A Bit Difficult to Remove from Oven but LOVE these baking pans!
I use these pans for baking bread. I wish there was a lip/edge at each end for removing the pan from the oven.

Took me forever to find decent bread pans.
EDITED...This listing is not showing the same pans that I purchased. Mine were shiny 18/0 stainless steel and quite nice. The pans they show here in this listing as of July 5 2024 are NOT the same pans as my review. How underhanded can someone be to use the same reviews and yet switch out the product offered? Amazon should investigate, because I just answered a person's question on country of origin (which is China, as usual), but these ARE NOT the same pans I have. I posted only a portion of my video showing the box and the sticker that said Made in CHN to answer the person's question. The video was too long for me to email so I had to cut the portion that showed the shiny silver pans that I have. I went to my purchase history and found that the pans I purchased are no longer available.Below is my original post....I have mostly stainless steel cookware. Much of it handed down from my mother. I tried finding longer bread pans in stainless steel, but gave up. I even considered buying the commercial steam-table pans to use as bread pans. You can research the different types of stainless steel online. I searched 'healthiest stainless steel cookware' which took me to alices.kitchen. I surely did not want aluminum or carbon steel. These Amazon pans are 18/0 which means 18% chromium and no nickel, which means they are more likely to tarnish or corrode over time due to containing no nickel. To keep all my stainless steel oven pans from rusting, I wash them by hand with regular dish soap and a dishrag and then put them back into the warm oven to dry. Once you remove the bread and wash the pans, the oven should still be warm. The heat also dries up the water that may be inside the rolled edge of the pan. As for the quality of the pans, I was surprised that they ARE sturdy and also shiny and they did clean up very well after making three loaves bread. The price is decent. I paid $16.49+tax Sept 2023. So for now, my search ended with this purchase until I find a bread pan that is LONGER.

Stainless steel😉
Just baking pans are nice and sturdy and the stainless steel. Unlike the ceramic ones you buy, and if you leave them in the water, they crack and look funky.
