Ok hit a plateau after being good since October 2017 I had dropped 48 pounds but for 6 weeks not an ounce. I only weigh every 3 weeks not to drive me nuts. Started June 12'th I believe? got on the scale June June 29th....dropped 10 pounds!!!!!!!! The more I lose the harder it is to drop weight! I think this has helped. Now a size 12 want to be a size 8, I'm a big girl over 5'8" tall, almost 5'9" . OK, this stuff made a big difference to get over the plateau! And that is my story and I'm sticking to it!

This product is ok. I seem to have more energy, it is easier to eat less, and I have trimmed down. All good things, but I have been taking this for five weeks, two a day for half that time, and have not lost a pound. I will probably continue for a while longer, but I bought it to loose weight. With the other benefits, I just wish it worked for it's intended purpose.

Works great! I take 2 in the morning (and one in the afternoon on weekends) and that dose seems to work for me. I accomplished alot this past weekend when I got the item. Ive been suffering from CFS and FMS so Ive been trying to find an alternative to all the caffeine I've been consuming. I ordered a smaller bottle for each of my friends to try.

I have been using for a few months and lost about 17lbs from then it was fast at first and now it has slowed down a bit I think this is due to loss of appetite and a little self restraint. So far so good will continue to take product.

Its not that I hate it not really it did not work for me. Instead of losing weight it affected my autoimmune system. I felt very tired and unwell while I took the PURE FOSKOLIN. I wish I had a good experience with this product but it was just not the case.

I take 3x daily and it really helps with curbing my appetite, no magic pill but along with diet and exercise, I am down 20lbs from Jan. 1st, great product!! Two of my friends are also using this and losing too, really helps with appetitie control.

I started using this while I was working out and I really noticed a difference in my energy level and even saw my weight dropping quicker than usual. I definitely recommend using this product as a supplement. As any workout plan goes, in order to see good and fast results, exercise and diet is really important and this product definitely helped give me that extra boost.

I bought this based on good reviews, but it didn't work for me, and was horrible combined with Garcinia Cambogia. It gave me such an unpleasant, weird feeling I ended up tossing it out after a week of use. Have had results with the G.C. by itself so would rather take more of that than this product.
