Worked great. We now have a self-closing gate!

Installed as instructions and the tension was too strong - hard to open gate, Adjusted as in pictures and works but only 1 screw on bottom. hope it holds up

Bought this when I was worried we might leave the gate open and my dog might escape. This is not the most expensive, highest quality, or most high tech closer. But it does exactly what it needs to do; shut the gate so it can’t get left open by accident. The spring can be adjusted to 3 different settings that increase the tension and make the shut the gate more quickly. I’m very happy with this gate closer.
