Very easy to use and all functions work perfectly.
Works great! No issues with the sound output, Wi-FI or other issues I've read in other reviews. I purchased 2 of these, one for the office and the other for home. The laptop is easily placed and the dock is slim. It would be nice if the lock mechanism was less bulky. The laptop and dock are slim, then you have this bulkier section off to the right side. Not a show stopper for me because I dock the laptop further back on my desks. Without the laptop the dock has a nice appearance on the desk, not like some models that look like a piece of an incomplete science project sitting there. Overall, I recommend the product.

Pretty good - small glitch though
Docking station arrived next day! Only thing i have noticed so far -- on an almost daily basis i need to reboot as it doesnt recognize the printer... but other than I love that i can start-up my laptop in 1 min and don't have to connect and disconnect any cables!

Packaging was done properly and was delivered in a timely manner. All accessories and device itself working perfectly. I ordered matching the one I have at work, so I was expecting it to be this good. :) FYI, using HP EliteBook 840

I was surprised by HP's Quality on this one.
Awful product. Worked well to start but then the unit died. Power light would blink intermittently and the only way to get he laptop to start was to remove it from the dock. Put the running laptop onto the dock and it would go dark. Changed to another model dock and th laptop was fine. Very frustrated as I can't return the item and am unsure if there is any warranty support.

HP needs to work on their firmware.
HP needs to work on their firmware. No surprise. HP really sucks at software. If you reboot while your laptop is docked the video is corrupted. You have to reboot with the laptop undocked, the dock and you are good to go. No excuse for this HP.

Great Pricing & Delivery
I use the HP UltraSlim Docking Station at work and once we were ordered to work remotely due to COVID-19, I needed to update my home office equipment...fast.I typically don't buy "name brand" items from Amazon.com due to the high volume of counterfeit products that swarm their website but I was desperate. With that said, I am beyond thrilled with this entire experience...I would never hesitate when ordering anything from PC Power Tek in the future. Their pricing and speedy delivery was exactly what I needed. You can't go wrong with PC Power Tek.

Certainly better than trying to run SAS and SPSS on a ...
Turned my desk into a home office. As a PhD candidate this was an essential device. Now I can run all my analyses from home on two full size monitors (had to use a splitter since this only has one port, which is the -1 star), speakers, keyboard, and mouse. Certainly better than trying to run SAS and SPSS on a 12 inch screen!
