Carbamide Forte Melatonin

I've had trouble sleeping sometimes, so I decided to try out Carbamide Forte. It's been a couple of weeks now, and I've got to say, it's been a big help. This supplement helps me fall asleep faster and sleep better through the night. I wake up feeling more refreshed and ready to take on the day. What's cool about this supplement is that it's made with natural stuff and doesn't make me feel weird the next day. Overall, I'd recommend [Melatonin Supplement Brand] to anyone who needs a little help sleeping. It's been great for me, and I'm sure it could help others too.

In simple words it works and its a good proudct. Why a spray version is better than Pills, chewables or capsules? See below - This was my first melatonin supplement. I did a fair bit of research before the purchase last year, it seemed ONE MAY OR MAY NOT need as huge a dosage as some brands sell be it OTC or Prescription (prescription version having high dosage is justified). Spray is great because - 1. It is the easiesr way to roughly adjust the dosage. Who is going to sit and split 5mg or 10mg pills or break capsules measure out the powder etc etc? No thanks. 2. Spray delivers the melatonin to you in an efficient manner. It comes into a effect a lot quicker and ingesting a pill capsule or powder as it is absorbed by you lot quicker. This means a small dosage can go a long way. Conclusion - Start with 3 sprays which is roughly half of 5mg. If it feels too much reduce to 2. If it feels less take more. Within a few days you'll figure it out. This is not some kinda drug that it'll knock you out if is a supplement and it can only aid you. Give it an hour or two and you'll feel drowsy. Go to bed and try to sleep. People complaining they feel tired or weird and groggy in the morning - Take less dosage. If it doesn't work and you still feel groggy, its up to you to decide whether being able to sleep and wake up on time is worth the trade off.

Not good product

The melatonin compound itself works very well, and always puts me to sleep. Taste is great, the fake sweet mint doesnt bother me. But the pump failed very quickly. Effectively rendering the product useless. You can't accurately dose until you transfer all the ingredients into another spray bottle. This is a major flaw in my opinion. Hence, I will be switching back to capsules or strips, as those can be effectively used without any hassle.

The bad thing about this product is that I don't know how much quantity should I take. It has written 6 sprays for 5 mg of melatonin but sometime it works and sometime not. Sometime iah e to take more sparys. But you can give a try to this product. But my recommendation is to buy tablets but you are wondering why igave 4 star to it because amazon delete negative reviews about tha product.

I have no problem in sleeping but had a problem of waking up early; by 2.30-3 am. I hardly slept for 3- 4 hours. I saw this product and started using it. Believe me, this is my life saver. I now am able to aleep peacefully till 6 - 6.30 am. I wake up refreshed, no headaches or irritation. A product that does a job well and I absolutely love it. This product has helped me sleep soundly for the past couple of weeks since I started using it.If you’re suffering from insomnia,💯go for it.Smells wonderful as well.It also absorbs quickly and give you that soothing aroma while you lay your head on your pillow. Give it try and you’ll 💯love it

Although the product works, the spray mechanism is very bad. Or the dilution is not complete - meaning there are bits floating in the bottle. And It gets stuck in the spray pipe and the spray stopped working. Upon further pressing, a small part - possibly the mist making attachment - came loose and shot in my mouth. I thought it was probably the chunks of medicine that's not diluted. But it was literally a plastic piece. Plastic is not on my macro requirements 🫣
