Absolutely Worthless
The protection plan is a complete scam and absolutely worthless. I tried filing a claim, and no matter the problem, they deny your claim immediately.

Alrighty then….
When our son’s scooter broke, we had hoped to either have it repaired or replaced. We had the warranty, and they just opted to send us our money back, less the tax. So yes, we got a full refund, but we e are out all of the money for taxes, as it was an expensive product. So not thrilled about that.
