You will see a lot of reviews saying this is a must have accessory. After having bought it, I honestly feel it is overpriced and the ugly looking popsockets are a much better choice when it comes to reducing RSI strain on your wrists. This is basically a well built, overpriced kickstand that rotates 360 degrees. This isn't a comfortable grip. Maybe I bought the incorrect product.

Usual mobile ring doest justify for the spigen brand name . It was good for the first two weeks then the screw holding the right started coming out .

I bought this because I needed something to grip my large and heavy iPhone 12 Pro Max better, but it needed to be a multi-functional product as I wanted it to be magnetic car mount compatible. After reading reviews I chose this one purely because people seemed to agree it was sturdy enough, swivels 360, sticks well AND MOUNTS securely to a magnet mount. So far, I have only had it a short while so I can’t comment on the longevity of the product - I will update that in due course. As a first point, it’s already getting some signs of scuffing after light use. It’s stuck on very firmly and no signs of lift or movement, my phone feels secure when held by just the ring alone. The ring is a little stiff from new, so a bit of a faff to swivel or pull open the ring, but I imagine this will ease with time - hopefully not as much as some reviews have said though! My main gripe is that it really isn’t sufficiently large enough a metal surface area for a heavier, larger phone to mount securely to a magnetic mount. I have a Rhinoshield Solidsuit case over my IPhone 12 Pro Max - which is not a hugely heavy/bulky case, but does definitely add some weight. The phone is not light by any stretch of the imagination anyway. I also have positioned the ring a little further down the phone instead of dead centre, because I have small hands so this position works better for me. After seemingly mounting securely, the phone fell as soon as the car started moving. No amount of repositioning helped - it’s just not strong enough or large enough surface area to hold onto a large or heavy phone securely. In the end I had to do what I wanted to avoid, which was insert a thin piece of metal in between phone and case, so I can attach it further up from the ring’s position. I feel like this should be added as a disclaimer if it hasn’t already - compatible with magnetic car mount - BUT NOT SUITABLE for heavier / larger phones / or max weight etc. Overall it’s comfortable enough and serves its main purpose, but disappointed it doesn’t really cover the magnetic mount function it promised.

Rather disappointed with this item. I've purchased quite a few Spigen items in the past and been happy with all of them, but this phone ring just doesn't do it. It adheres and has stayed put well enough through many pocket changes and carrying arounds in various bags. However, the swiveling of the ring provides more resistant than I anticipated, so it makes it difficult to move it around when I only have one hand available. The most frustrating part, for me, is that the phone ring doesn't "stay put" when folded out. For example, I'll have the phone ring extended to put my phone in landscape mode. But the ring seems to have lost the ability to stay at the angle it was initially set. So after a few seconds, it will flatten out and my phone is lying flat on the counter. Which defeats one of the main purposes of why I bought the phone ring (at the rather costly price tag) in the first place. Certainly can't recommend this product.

I like this better than my old popsocket. The 360 on the ring is nice to get a comfortable grip no matter how you're holding the phone. It is advertised as working with the Spigen magnetic phone holder and although it does hold very marginal city bumps will cause your phone to fall off the holder. My husband out the magnet that comes with the holder behind his case and has used this ring holder as well and said he didn't have the same issue as me so I guess doubling up on the magnet is the way to go. I would recommend this product but not as a magnet which is the reason for 4 stars. Otherwise I do love it! I repositioned it three or four times on my case before settling on where it would stay and the adhesion is brilliant!
