Q: Are these deep enough for geranium plants?

Mini plants, not full size. It's only about 3 or 4 inches wide and deep. It may be better for succulents.

Q: Is the cloth included in the package meant to be a liner for the pot? I don't see it in the description and wasn't sure...

No cloths with mine “ordered 3” but I didn’t expect or need that anyhow. As far as using it for a liner? No way that would just negate the purpose of the drainage holes. Remember bad soil drainage can cause root rot, parasites and a multitude of other problems. 🍀 good luck

Q: Saucer did not come with it. What should I do?

I purchased mine in red which is no longer available & it DID come with a saucer. I would contact the manufacturer & have them send one to you PRONTO. If that doesn't work then contact Amazon Customer Service, they can give you the information you need to contact them.
