Use to treat wounds, burns, blisters, scrapes, or, MY favorite, trouble areas inside the waitress shoes. Peel off BOTH SIDES OF TAPE, adhere to ow-y spot, cover with band-aid and off you go. Silicone pad absorbs any motion that would otherwise agonize the tenderness while providing cooling relief and 3 day protection while you heal!

I use these regularly to cover my toes for pointe shoe work when I am dancing. I place them on parts of my toes to prevent rubbing against the inside of the pointe shoe. However, I wish there was some way to disposeof them properly or if they are recyclable

Rating four stars only because of the packaging. These come in a resealable plastic container. but the pads are all stuck together and difficult to separate. It's really annoying and I see myself wasting quite a lot of the pads because of how they're packaged. That said, they're still a great price and do the job. They're tacky and provide great relief and protection for blisters. Despite the issues I've wrote about, the price is still great with expected waste priced in and the pads do the trick, so I'll give them 4 stars.

We got this for the tiny gymnasts and it's made a huge difference. Their hands get roughed up on bars and it can be really difficult to continue. This creates a soothing barrier for the skin tear and helps them keep practicing.
