Works great for prepping miniatures and rigid artwork
Works great on plastic, resin, wood and pewter and sprays thinly enough that I use it on miniatures ranging from 1/9 scale to the tiny 1/64th scales, which puts my smaller sculptures at about the size of a coin. So long as you keep it to about 2-3 thin coats, this primer will preserve detail at that scale, which I found pleasantly surprising from a primer product that wasn’t intentionally designed for miniature painting projects. The rust is my favorite for pewter minis as it has a stronger grip on pewter and so far hasn’t scratched. Rust also offers the best tooth for airbrush acrylics and for hand painting oils (the hot rod grey also offers the same tooth if you don’t want a red base to paint on). I also use these primers on cradled wood panels for quickly achieving colored grounds for acrylic and oil paintings. It gets along well with Testors Dullcoat sealer and Winsor and Newton Professional Picture Varnishes. If you filled seems or imperfections with Bondo, you’ll likely need to spray additional layers over those areas to fully coat the Bondo and give a consistent ground for your paint, otherwise you may see the paint react to the Bondo. White primer will need more layers yet, both for consistency and to build enough opacity to cover the red of Bondo.

One of the best primers
I have used many primers on my van and this is by far the best. Sticks very well after etch primer. And pretty good on bare metal. Drying comes out smooth, and sanding it when you need to is easy.

Works as intended
This primer is very thin, so multiple coats will need to be applied. It is not like a high build primer. I used the white to go over a grey primer on a vehicle that has a white base coat. It works as intended.

Excellent primer for model art
I use this primer for both plastic and resin model figures. With one coat it goes down pretty smooth and covers well. May replace my current tamiya primer with this

For scale modeling, it works great!
This worked great when I used it to wet sand my resin printed Enterprise Phase Pistol. Sprayed it with metallic paint, gloss clear coat and it looks like buffed metal.

Don't waste your money.
I've been restoring old riding mowers for 20 years. I've used every type of rattle can paint there is. Dupli-Color is usually decent paint. Not this crappy stuff. It was totally useless. Comes out super thin, almost a mist. Zero coverage. It took almost a whole can to do a simple fender. After it was dry, I rubbed it with mineral spirits and it came off like wiping water away. Worst paint I've ever used. Never again.
