I love the warmth and softness of this coat. I do wish the fuzzy was inside the arms too. It's waterproof (so far) but not loud and obnoxious sounding when you move so it's comfortable to wear. The zippers all work smoothly and aren't too stiff and the size of the pockets are nice. So far really liking this coat.

Very Warm!!! Fits perfect besides the sleeves are a little shorter than expected and all three pockets are small but still a very very nice warm coat!

I got a large and it is a little bit big but that is ok because you can easily fit a hoodie or sweater under with other layers for those extreme cold days. Definitely keeps you warm as I was outside in 34 degree weather for a hour and didn’t even get a chill and walked to my daughter’s bus stop this morning and stayed warm and I’m always freezing so that is a huge plus! I ordered the Large size that was recommended. Too small! Exchanged for XL. Love this jacket. Very warm. The front zipper is good quality and doesn’t get stuck like other jackets. The hood is a bit huge, but I don’t mind. Great price. Got it on sale.

I ordered XL thinking it would be great with a long sleeve shirt under.The XL is bigger then expected (and I checked the size chart!). The sleeves are very long.It seems well made, interior is in some kind of fluffy-furry soft material that seems to keep warm easily. Color is true to pictures.I am returning it to get a smaller size, since I love it and it is just too big.
