Looks the same as granulated sugar, tastes the same too. I use it in exactly the same way as normal sugar, in drinks, baking etc, no noticeable difference. My kids who are not diabetic, cannot taste the difference when I use it to bake.

I got this to help when I cut out sugar.I use it in tea , it doesn't taste exactly like sugar it's more of a sweetness without that awful aftertaste most sugar substitutes have.Overall it's pretty pricey 10 times the price of a regular bag of sugar so if you use it regularly it can be expensive. For me it's worth it from the health perspective so I will continue to use it.

I like this. I have never used it before, and have always been a bit wary of sweetening products because I dislike the odd aftertaste you often get.Not with this though. No aftertaste at all. It works fine in all normal sugar substitute situations, from coffee to cakes and waffles and pancakes.It’s not as sweet as sugar, but that’s actually fine by me because I’m trying to train my tastes away from sweet products anyway as part of my new diet.I think it is about half as sweet, but it is quick to get used to the levels you need.Good sized bag, but one of those press locked seam bags that you can never close once you have got any granulated product in the seams. My chick pea flour came in a similar one so I was ready with an airtight plastic container to transfer it into.Overall I would rate it highly and will certainly buy it again.

Tastes like sugar, not as sweet, but very close, and NO BITTER AFTERTASTE, I use it for baking and there is literally no difference in taste!! It’s great!

This is the only sugar I use . Its very sweet and I do use it to make icing sugar. My kids won't even suspect.

This product is just ok. Its very sweet taste, too sweet for me. It can't be used to make meringues. Its good for stewed fruit and baking. Its not good for jam or freezer jam as it crystallised and is over sweet. It needs to have a leaflet explaining hoe to use it- can't even find that on the internet.

Trying to cut out refined sugar. This is a great help for my coffee. No aftertaste at all!
