Review for the B150 Gaming Pro
I got the B150 gaming pro version of this motherboard. I've been building computers for about 5~ years now and this was my first Micro ATX build. This motherboard, I have say, I really like it so far. It boots fast, it has a nice BIOS screen, sturdy hardware, and overall, I think it's a solid motherboard for the low price (under $100). The gaming pro version also comes with a mouse that I have not tried yet, but I thought that was a nice addition. This motherboard supports the latest LGA 1151 Skylake CPUs out of the box. I installed a i7 6770 in mine and it works fantastic, paired with a set of PNY Anarchy 2133Mhz RAM. Games like a champ, runs cool and quiet, nearly as fast, if not faster than my previous PC, which was a watercooled, overclocked full ATX AMD FX8350 system. This board also supports overclocking, although I have not attempted it and plan NOT to. But the options are there. RAM settings can also be customized. Be weary, though, this isn't a full ATX and such, has smaller heat dissipation capabilities for overclocking.Versus the cheaper models, this version has two system fans plugs, both with 4 pin connectors. The motherboard also has tiny LEDs, including on the backside of the motherboard, which look nice in a windowed case. Overall, this is a great motherboard for the money. This has everything you will ever need to do serious gaming on a Micro ATX build. My one and only complaint; I wish the SATA connectors were all side-connectors instead of top-down. Two of them are, but four of them are not. This makes things very cramped for MIcro ATX builds.Overall, great motherboard. Feel free to ask any me questions about building a Micro ATX PC.My build:MSI Skylake B150 Gaming ProCore i7 6770PNY Anarchy 2133Mhz DDR4 RAM, 16GBEVGA 600W 60 plus PSUMSI Radeon HD 7950 GPUIntel 520 series SSD, 240GB (boot)Seagate Barracuda 2TB HD (secondary)~ Review Update, 6/23/2016 ~This motherboard is still running great. I have had zero problems with it, still boots fast, and the gaming is great. I started getting back intyo music production and recently plugged several USB devices into this, including Guitar Rig 5 and a mixerboard. I've had zero problems with them with this motherboard. So it makes a good build for music producers as well. Gaming wise, I've been playing a lot of Overwatch on this build and the game runs great in 1080p maxed out with the hardware listed above. I also had a chance to try the mouse that came with this; an MSI Interceptor DS-B1 gaming mouse that came with the B150 model of this motherboard. I have to say, the mouse is REALLY good. It's got a good feel, it plays well with FPS games including CS:GO. It's also go on-the-fly sensitivity adjustment. Unfortunately it's a budget mouse; the DPI is capped at 1,600 and you immediately notice the difference going back to a high-end mouse. There is also no software like other higher-end mouses have, so no programming buttons, adjusting the sensitivity, polling rate, DPI, or other settings on the mouse. Still, I was mildly impressed by the mouse, it makes a good spare. I went back to my regular mouse, which is currently a Steel Series Sensei. I have owned Razer and Logitech mice's in the past.

Stuff like this is why B150 boards rock
When my wife expressed interest in a computer for running VMs, I bought an i7-6700 and placed it into an existing Mini ITX slimline build. When she mentioned wanting a single PC that could do everything for her, including gaming, it was pretty obvious that the half-width GTX 750 Ti in my slimline build wouldn't cover it, and she needed a full-build PC of her own centered around that 6700, with room for more (and more powerful) components than my slimline could provide. The problem I kept running into with choosing a motherboard is that her CPU is an i7-6700. It's not Z170 material, but H110M boards didn't have the features I wanted or, frankly, enough power phases for me to be comfortable strapping even a non-K 6700 to them. B150 made sense as a possible chipset, and coming across this board made it a sure thing for me. No question, if you're running any Skylake CPU aside from the 6600K and 6700K, this board is a great value. The board was a joy to build on. Plenty of clearance, plenty of expansion slots, and perhaps the easiest time I've ever had getting a motherboard to line up with the I/O backplate. There were a couple of tabs that had to be physically removed from the backplate to get everything to fit, but nothing major. The board had a bit more flex to it than I'm entirely comfortable with, but I was never concerned enough to stop and rethink things. I don't know if this was intentional on MSI's part, but the placement of the second CPU fan header was perfect for water cooling. In fact, there was enough clearance all around that the 240mm radiator earmarked for this build fit in without any blocked connections. The board also boasts an M.2 connection and more fan headers than any B150 chipset board should reasonably need, so no worries about case cooling. The motherboard came with a CD, as all motherboards do, full of drivers and software. Definitely install the chipset drivers. The software...eh? I generally just grab any software I want right from the OEM's website. It's guaranteed to be up to date. While you're there, check and make sure your BIOS is up to date as well.As for aesthetics, the overall brown color scheme certainly isn't the most beautiful thing I've ever laid eyes upon, but in a subdued case layout without LED RAM or over the top lighting, it works fine. I'd consider it to be utilitarian. No one's going to mistake it for a Sabertooth, but that's ok, because if you've got an $80 Sabertooth, it probably doesn't work. If bright, flashy builds are your thing, look elsewhere. And I think that's where I'll leave this one. It's perfect for my needs, absolutely perfect, because I have a locked CPU and basically just needed a functional board that I could throw my spare parts at to make my wife a PC. Good features and a solid OEM behind it were a huge plus, and at this price point? There was just no reason not to pick up this board and give it a try. So far, it's working like a champ, and I'll definitely keep this board in mind if my slimline ITX workstation ever needs to grow up into a mid-tower.

Great Budget Build Motherboard
Purchased when my previous LGA 1155 board failed. Decided to do a new budget build with the latest CPU architecture.Outfitted with:> Intel I5-6500 w/stock cooling> 1 stick of Crucial Ballistix 8GB DDR4> MSI RX 480GB> Corsair TX 750> 120GB SSD for OS> 250GB & 500GB HDDs for storage> DVD-ROM drive> All housed within a Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-02 caseOnce everything was installed, motherboard started right up. Had enough slots for what I needed, and it mounted perfectly within the case. Having the onboard graphics controller also gives me the peace of mind that I can still use it in the event of video card failure (my last build had the PCI Express slot die on it; was able to use onboard graphics chip to continue using PC until new parts arrived).Accepted the BIOS update with no issues.Pros: Ez-pz summer breezy to install. The manual was a little light in content, but easy to understand and sufficient to ensure understanding of the different connections. Enough connections to keep me satisfied (USB, SATA 6gb, M.2 slot).Cons: Didn't come with a CMOS jumper. Fortunately, had an extra one at my house to perform a clear CMOS function. The system was confused when I initially attached the video card w/no drivers installed. It wouldn't display ANY video (through either onboard OR PCI-E card) until I pulled the video card and did the initial configuration. After that, it was fine. Doesn't appear to really be a board designed for OC, but there were options to OC in the BIOS.

Other reviews got me scared, everything works right.
I was scared after reading the negative feedback from the American Amazon site. But it work straight out of the box and I'm writting to you from a PC with it. I bought it because my former ASUS stopped working properly and instead started not turning on sometimes so I sent it back and got this one instead, now I've got an NVMe port so I use my Samsung 960 EVO from a different computer on this now. I had previously the NVMe SSD in an Asrock Deskmini (pictured too). The advert should make clearer that the mobo has an NVMe port, I had to search for it in the manufacturer's website to be sure.Having the wifi is a proper addon, why on Earth would you want a mini-ITX computer without wifi? Is suppose to be portable, hence, the least stuff you have to carry around (like an additional wifi dongle), the better.I didn't have any trouble setting up the cabling for the front-panel, which tends to be the biggest hussle with any motherboard, the instructions were perfectly clear. I don't understand though why two CDs when one has everything. It comes with 2 SATA cables, 2 antennas, instructions manual, warranty and the mobo.So far so good, if it stops working for whatever reason I'll update my review as this is my main PC.

Good performance and reasonable price
Good performance and reasonable price. Itx motherboard is very rarely introduced in indian market. This is why they are highly priced. But they are very small. Msi always a trusted brand for gaming. Adding to it has a wifi receiver on inbuilt. M2 ssd supported with xmp porfile in bios setting. After buying do one thing before installing win 10. Pls pls update the bios. This product comes with old bios. So if u not update it can stop working completely. Better update from nearby msi service centre.
