The media could not be loaded. I'm writing this review after 15 days of purchase. It found to be very great washing of clothes product. Very silent machine in performance, easy to operate. Drying quality is very awesome. Good looking, value for money. Rating 4.5 out of 5.But I was very disappointed with the bosch service agent, Because there is a need of extra accessories like washing machine water inlet valve, 16A socket for plug in of machine plug. But the agent didn't tell me before and forced to buy valve at more cost than market while installation. You can buy these things from local hardware & electrical shops at cheapest cost. Also recommend to use rubber pads for machine legs to absorb shocks or a washing machine stand.

I purchased a Bosch washing Machine of 8Kg and works completely fine.The installation guy almost robbed 4000rs by panicking me and forcing me to purchase a few accessories which was thoroughly unprofessional.1. Bosch Cleaning liquid (200ml 2 packets) = 1100/- (he said it is mandatory to purchase this)2. Anti vibration pads = 680/- (I was aligned as he told I will receive a mail for all the accessories purchase)3. Filter with tap adapter = 750/- (he did not tell me rate and he installed it without my notice and says adaptor is also chargeable. It was a local brand whereas Bosch brand product was only of 500/-)4. The biggest scam he did was force me to buy a Aqua brand distillation magnetic filter = 1450/-Saying Machine will stop functioning in a few months due tohard water and the Bosch won't provide service without this distallation filter). It may cost 10000 later to repair. When I checked on the internet it was only 800.He charged me 3980 and I felt I was cheated in a matter of 20minutes installation.I know people would comment it was my fault to agree. When the installation is from Bosch and we blindly trust them & their service.Later when I checked all the rates, I feel I was cheated and forced to buy them by panicking me of the damage.I am sharing this so that no one else gets fooled.Location : Bangalore North.

Bosch yet again proved a great washing machine with Super silent operation & Quicker cycles. Have used Bosch machine for almost 10 years and thrice replaced water inlet sensor. So took a decision to replace with new Bosch washing machine and order this latest model. Machine working obsolutely fine with its super silent operation design, great product with nice aesthetic design.

Good quality and strong body

Perfectly happy with the washing machine. It is silent and the features are good and sufficient. Cleans up well and drying sufficiently.However Amazon Installation service is pathetic. If they are vendors Amazon should change them. It has been two weeks they schedule and cancel as per their convenience. I called up Bosch and completed the installation. It is free and fast.
