NLP Meta Programs

Amazing book for those who practicing NLP, or so new to it.Even after finishing NLP master practitioner seminars still found so many things about my self in this book, I didn't know before, which is helping me be better version of my self in everyday life and understand people around, solve so many problems and just be happy . So much information in such a small book. Now its like my cheat sheet whenever I go. Its very easy to forget all techniques, or NLP tricks , (use it or loose it) and when I need quick access , I just open this book and I'm in a miracle world of NLP!

I love the simplicity of how this book is mapped out. A user friendly compilation of questions which foster a deep dive into The Self. The book is an excellent opportunity to explore NLP and a practical opportunity to identify our individual preferences for learning and processing information. An engaging, hands-on guide to improve, reframe and reprogram behavioral patterns and communication skills. A special book that will change how you interact with yourself and with others.

Sometimes NLP Meta Programs can seem a little overwhelming and abstract when first introduced. This concise book provides simple examples of language and thought patterns through several personality questionnaires. They can be a fun and informative exercise to learn more about yourself and others around you. A nice complement to Shelle Rose Charvet's Words that Change Minds.

This book was a succinct refresh of Meta Programs for NLP'ers and also simplistically written for Non NLP'ers. The questions and explanations are digestible for Non NLP'ers to understand and easily assess individual patterns and frames of reference. If you are in search of a refresh of Meta Programs, this book is a great choice.

I found this book very useful and practical. It lead me to learn about myself and understanding other people’s thoughts and behaviors.It teaches to use influence language to communicate with others.

I love this book. But I am looking forward to the day when one of those brilliant NLP people from the NLP community can create a Meta-programs templates that have specific real world applications for sales, debt recovery,choosing/selecting a life partner, selecting a competent politician, choosing/selecting a good employer/employeeand other real world exercises. This book is solid and articulate in its breakdown of the major meta-programs. Itsa good continuation and build up after Shelle Rose Charvet's - LAB profile. I look forward to the author's comingup with specific templates as mentioned above.
