This have helped me a lot to manage foot pain, I like that is not too thick yet offers good compression and support. I didn't feel unbalanced while just wearing one. Only thing I noticed after a month or so of daily use the elastic started to come apart a little so would be great if more it had a little more support where it connects. Overall I’m happy with my purchase!

I've been using these for my plantar fasciitis. At first, I tried to wear them all day, but they're just too tight for that. Now I only wear them at home when I'm in my slippers, and take them off when I sit down. They have helped with the PF, so I'm happy with them.

These foot sleeves did the trick with my foot pain. They are not too thick and my shoes fit with them on. Finally found something that helped to relieve my foot pain!

I've tried just about every arch sleeve out there. The one-size-fits-all are inevitably too small. I was excited about this brand because it actually goes by different sizes and measurements. Finally! We'll, not so much. I ordered a medium. I did measure my arch circumference. I was smack dab in the middle and not on the edge. They are too big. Without socks, with socks, they're too big and eventually slip down to my toes. Not happy.I don't see any point in returning them because if I exchange sizes, it will almost certainly be too small. Plus they've been on my feet. I don't want to pass them off to someone else (like most returns are.) It's gross.

UPDATE 2 of Sparthos Arch Compression Brace (SACB):Bought the SACB for my husband to try and he loves them! He is flat footed and his work requires him to be on his feet most of the time. After using them, he felt a significant decrease in his foot pain.He liked the SACB so much, he has purchased a for friends and employees that complained about foot pain. They too have mentioned that their feet feel so much better after a long days work. Great product!----------UPDATE: I initially gave a 3 star review, not due to poor product quality, but for the way these cuffs fit MY feet. (see initial review below). Sparthos contacted me immediately to inquire how I felt about their product. They were quick to reply and remedy the situation. Although, not expecting it, they offered a full refund AND offered me advice on how to possibly wear them more comfortably for my smaller foot. AMAZING!I have worn them and have found them very effective. I suffer from foot and leg pain when standing for even short periods of time, for example while cooking, and for the first time in a long time, I am not near tears after cooking.Thank you SPARTOS for being such an amazing customer service and for making a such a great useful product.These cuffs look great and feel like good quality. The circumference feels good, however, the length is too long. When it shifts a little it will dig into my pinky toe area and hurt. Unfortunately, I have not been able to wear long enough to tell if they work for me or not.I wear a size 6.5 in women's and have semi-high arches.

I wish they were adjustable! They are close enough to help me with foot cramps. I’m using theses with some success and hopefully they will come out with an adjustable Velcro model.

I have plantar fasciitis. When I first received the bands, I wasn’t sure they they would make a difference. They are skin colored so if you’re wearing sandals if you flip the design down word or to the side, they are less obvious. The elastic not not feel too tight and was comfortable. After wearing them for several hours directly on my skin it would start to hurt if it was hot and I was sweating. So I put them over my sock and that worked out a lot better. I continue put them on my skin when I wear sandals since I don’t turn around in those all day. I experimented on several days in a row where I would wear the Sparthos band, and days that I would not. There was a definite major difference. At the end of the day my feet would be in pain if I did not have sparked those on. I would recommend this product and buy it again. It does not cure plantar fasciitis but it helps support the tendons on the bottom of your foot. I still Need to get my orthotic inserts for the shoes I wear the most like sneakers because Sparthos while it helps does not solve the tendon support issue. But it certainly makes a major difference. I don’t plan on switching my orthotics in and out of every single shoe I’m keeping a trust in my main shoes like my sneakers. So I plan on using Sparthos with the other shoes.
